Angelos-Panagiotis Demosthenous is a lawyer at the Supreme Court of Greece and Managing Partner of the law firm “Demosthenous Law Firm”.
He is a graduate of the Law School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the Postgraduate Program of the Democritus University of Thrace, in the Law Department of the International Studies Department, with a focus on European Union Law, International Relations and International Economic Law.
Since 2025, he has been the Governor & Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Civil Servants’ Share Fund (MTPY).
During the period 2023-2024, he served as Secretary General of Citizenship of the Ministry of Interior.
From 2019 to 2023, he served as Secretary General of the Municipality of Galatsi, while from 2010 to 2019 he was Special Legal Advisor to the Mayor of Penteli.
He has served as Legal Advisor and has collaborated for many years with airlines, real estate, construction, stock exchange and joint-stock companies.
He has participated in numerous Seminars and Legal Conferences, especially on issues related to Environmental Protection and Cultural Heritage, Internet Law, Law and Mass Media, Public Administration, Juvenile Delinquency, Local Government and Decentralized Administration issues, as well as in Conferences of KEDE and PED Attica.
He has excellent knowledge of English and good knowledge of the Italian language.
